Join us for our Adult Attachment & Codependency Group

  • Email Aimee Copeland Mercier at Aimee@innerhealingavl.com

  • The group will take place every other Sunday via Zoom

  • $222/month

Do you struggle with an insecure attachment style? Have you had difficulty forming close, secure connections? Have your relationships been one-sided, emotionally destructive, abusive or fueled by codependency? These attachment wounds occur in relationships, and can find healing as we relate in the safety of the therapy group.

Aimee Mercier weaves emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems and hypnotherapy in a group setting to help identify unhealthy relationship cycles, both within self and with others. As a group we practice new skills and behaviors, tracking our internal thoughts, emotions and sensations. You will learn to self regulate through new and unfamiliar ways of being that can help you finally form healthy, mutually satisfying relationships.

An initial interview is required prior to new members joining the 6-week, closed group. We meet every other week on Zoom. Email Aimee to get started today.
