Psychotherapy

Issues helped by psychotherapy include difficulties in coping with daily life, the impacts of trauma, medical illness, grief and loss, and specific mental disorders, like depression, anxiety, personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and more. We offer several different types of psychotherapy to best serve your individual needs.

Individuals

Online or in-person therapy sessions are designated for adolescents and adults to process and explore their thoughts and emotions. Typically, counseling sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. Fees vary based on therapist training and experience.

Couples & Family Counseling

In couples and families counseling you will be assisted in processing issues to cultivate communication and harmony. We work with all types of couples and families, are LGBTQIA+ affirming, and are ready to assist you in meeting your relationship goals.

Groups

Group therapy sessions for adults offer supportive, safe environments to process and enact deep change.

“Psychotherapy is a strange field because, unlike any other field of medicine, you never really finish. Your greatest instrument is you, yourself, and the work of self-understanding is endless. I'm still learning.”

— DR. VICTOR YALOM
